Recently my automobile was in an accident.  I wanted to take it to a place that I can trust and that will not play any games with me.  I searched and searched for a place that did sound like they had a name like "Bring your car here and get JACKED."

My family had referred me to your place.  The first time I called your personal made me feel comfortable. I had a lot of questions regarding my situation and, Tracy; you did not hesitate or beat around the bush to answer my questions,   I informed you of all the trouble I was having in this regard and you were more than helpful and understanding.

When you were done with my car, it looked FANTASTIC!  Not only did you fix my car but you cleaned it inside and out.  I was finally able to get my car out of Reliance Auto Body; it was like new!  Reliance Auto Body did a extraordinary JOB!!!

Now it is my turn to return the favor and go that extra mile.  Thanking, not only for fixing my vehicle but going that extra step with EXCELLENT customer service.  Now days it is hard to find super customer service in your Auto Body & Paint field.
